Our postal charges for any number of purchases are:

An Urgent Order?
If your order is urgent - a forgotten Birthday for instance - for an additional £3.00 we can send your order by Special Delivery which is guaranteed to get to you by 1pm on the next working day following posting. Please note that Royal Mail will require a signature for this delivery. This service is only available within in the United Kingdom. Orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the folowing day.

Delivery Schedule
All available orders are despatched within 24hrs, Monday - Friday. UK orders will usually arrive the next day, Deliveries to Europe take 3-7 working days and the Rest of the World 5-14 working days depending on which service you use.

Returns Policy
Please mark clearly on your invoice which item you are returning, and post it to us, along with the returned goods. If you would like to exchange the returned item, please note your new selection on the returned invoice. Returned items should be in the same condition as they were despatched.
For reasons of hygeine, earrings cannot be returned. We want all our customers to have the peace of mind that the earrings they receive have not been in anyone else's ears!
Please Note: If you paid for your order by credit card, we will credit the amount of the returned goods to your card.
PAYMENT will be taken from and refunded to your Credit Card at today's exchange rate. All prices are displayed in UK pounds sterling.
